Sexton v. Sexton (Walther, Key, etal. of Reno, Nevada, retained Richard W. Young as an expert witness in a post-divorce decree child custody proceeding to testify regarding the issue of attorney fees as claimed by the opposing party (Silverman & Decaria were counsel) and regarding the services performed by counsel for the opposing party. Testified in District Court before Judge McGee

Nevada State Board of Accountancy v. Daniel L. DeGues, CPA. Richard W. Young was requested by CPA Bruce Thee and subpoenaed by the State Board of Accountancy to testify as an expert witness on the issue of transmutation of separate property into community property in a divorce case and regarding the testimony given by a forensic accountant (Daniel DeGues) on the issue of transmutation during a divorce trial.

Ohlson v. Troy Anderson in underlying divorce action of Troy Anderson v. Bill Bradley. Retained by Silverman & Decaria for the purpose of evaluating the legal fees charged by John Ohlson to Troy Anderson for representing her in a complex divorce case. Did not testify.

Jodele aka "Jodi" Dickerson v. James Jimmerson, et al. Richard W. Young was retained by Gary Logan, Attorney at Law as an expert witness for the Plaintiff in a legal malpractice action regarding the issue of breach of professional duty of care causing financial damages.

Heritage Bank of Nevada v. Janette E. Bevers and Does 1-10, inclusive, (Retained by Michael C. Lehners, Esq of Reno, Nevada, as an expert witness for Defendant Janette E. Bevers, in an alleged fraudelent conveyence.) Richard Young did not testify.
