Since June 1, 1976, I have been engaged in the private practice of law in my own firm in Reno, Nevada. I have maintained the same office address at 327 Marsh Avenue since March of 1978. My law practice is concentrated primarily in two (2) areas, that of criminal defense and complex family law matters.
I am also nationally recognized in the practice of law in connection with my criminal defense practice and my family law practice. I am "AV" rated in the national legal directory, Martindale-Hubbell. I have been for many years listed in the published editions of "The Best Lawyers in America" and I am listed among the most nationally pre-eminent lawyers in my field by Martindale-Hubbell, in its National Bar Register of Pre-eminent Lawyers.
